v0.7.138

Your project rules are now checked when a task is created, and a board tells you when something is hidden from you

  • Record a rule for your project once and PAPI checks new tasks against it, flagging anything that looks like it breaks the rule before the work gets scoped. It offers to adjust the task or change the rule, and never blocks on its own.
  • Project rules also get tidied during your strategy review. Near-duplicate rules are grouped for merging and out-of-date ones proposed for removal, with every change shown to you before it is applied.
  • Tasks marked private are now a deliberate choice rather than something a task could drift into because of a document it referenced. Your board also tells you how many tasks are hidden from you and why, instead of just showing fewer.
  • The Team tab shows who owns each module, and decision history now records who made each change.

  • Cycle 382 — conventions layer, task visibility, WAB aggregate.
  • Conventions are now checked when a task is created, not only when it is built
  • idea, ad_hoc, backlog_import and plan all carry the project's declared
  • Rules, and the planner flags a task whose stated approach collides with one as
  • An adjust-or-override choice rather than a block.
  • Convention housekeeping joins the strategy review: near-duplicate rules are
  • Clustered for merging and superseded ones for removal, applied with
  • Write-before-delete so a failed write never destroys a rule. Fixes
  • Strategy-review AD demotion, which retired the decision and never wrote the
  • Convention — the stance was silently lost.
  • Task visibility: private is now an explicit decision rather than a
  • Side-effect of which doc a task cites. Provenance sets the ceiling, the caller
  • Decides the tier, and an explicit tier can widen as well as narrow. A
  • Contributor's board also reports how many tasks are hidden from them and why
  • As a count — never rows.
  • getWabAggregate restores the Weekly Active Builders auto-tick on the hosted
  • Path with a counts-only cross-project read; no per-user, per-project or email
  • Data crosses the boundary.
  • Cycle-membership checks resolve the caller's own cycle row instead of an
  • Arbitrary same-numbered one, so health no longer pins RED on a healthy shared

v0.7.137

  • Align runtime package metadata with the v0.7.137 release tag

v0.7.136

  • Correct published server and plugin version metadata for the Cycle 27 release

v0.7.135-feat-cycle-27-core

  • Fix learning_action task attribution for cycle learnings
  • Add a bounded read-only project query tool for tasks, learnings, builds, and reviews

v0.7.134

  • Cycle 382 — core: hosted-path reliability, Decisions tab voting, broadcast image upload, docs library body, north star framing
  • Drain HTTP requests on shutdown
  • Cap build token counts at int4 max

v0.7.133

  • Do not report completed cycle history as a live membership integrity failure

v0.7.132

  • Cycle 25: require build evidence before accepting a review and show compact orient diagnostics
  • Add actionable saved board views and a review evidence panel
  • Harden hostile content handling and mutation audit attribution
  • Age shared backlog tasks by their project cycle
  • Expose OAuth token expiry and refresh-token lifetime metadata to prevent opaque re-auth failures

v0.7.131

Your project can now appear on the getpapi.ai showcase, with your consent

  • Add a public URL to a project and opt in to the getpapi.ai showcase. The roster now reads real opted-in projects instead of a list we kept by hand.
  • The activation view now shows whether builders come back, not just whether they signed up first.
  • When a review asks for changes, the builder can now read the reviewer's full comment.
  • Reviews no longer silently lose a verdict when the connection blips.
Full detail
  • Design and ship the controlled top-of-funnel opening — one narrow channel, capped cohort, every funnel step instrumented, defined WAB read window
  • Settings: let a user add their project's public URL and consent to appear on the public showcase / leaderboard
  • Turn AD-62's team-invite mechanism into an active growth lever, not a passive capability
  • Hosted review rejects verified post-merge commit and attached review evidence
  • Connect flow: explicit success state and recovery path in the dashboard
  • One-click "Migrate from Hamster/Taskmaster" route — productise the local import skill into the UI
  • Funnel failure-reason instrumentation — auth, wrong project, missing handoff, timeout, rate limit, unclear next action
  • Review_submit intermittently crashes at submit-review with a proxy 500 (WorkerRequestCancelled) on queryBoard
  • Origin/main is red: 4 failing tests on main block the integration gate for every cycle (not introduced by C380)
  • Reviewer feedback must be readable: a request-changes comment is unretrievable by the builder who has to act on it
  • Regenerate docs/INDEX.md and keep check:docs-index green on main
  • Marketing/visual handoffs need an asset + no-internal-data precondition, so they stop assuming assets that don't exist or leak PAPI's own backlog
  • Read SERVER_VERSION from package.json instead of hardcoding 0.7.36
  • Source retired-AD predicate from RETIRED_DECISION_OUTCOMES
  • Auto-unblock must not drag an In Review task back to Backlog
  • Lint:changed must see uncommitted and untracked files
  • Mark the /api/ads interim bridge superseded in the arch doc
  • Patch-notes skill read DOGFOOD_LOG.md, which no longer exists
  • Drop stale tsup comment naming a deleted consumer
  • Un-ignore node_modules symlinks in worktrees
  • Mark the resolved zoom-out audit actioned
  • Registry listing version was 92 releases stale
  • Remove dead .ovp-cust popover CSS
  • Drop the fabricated '· 0d' age in Needs-you rows
  • Let the strategy tab bar wrap
  • Display-id fixup for claimTask/unclaimTask over the proxy
  • Reconcile copy over-promised auto-repair
  • Optional epic assigned to a required field in adapter-md
  • Revoke-all limiter was dead outside production
  • Invitation email used retired brand colours
  • Delete the orphaned useStreamState hook
  • Delete the orphaned HubVelocityBand component
  • Regenerate docs/INDEX.md
  • Delete the orphaned GuidanceStrip component
  • Tenancy lint rule no longer matches Array.from

v0.7.130

  • Reviews now verify the work they accept actually carries a build handoff and a build report, and can fill both in after the fact when work landed before it was recorded.
  • PAPI notices build work that was committed without a task and offers a one-step way to bring it into the cycle, instead of expecting you to reach for an internal command.
  • Board reconciliation leaves the cycle and its tasks in agreement, rather than reporting that they disagree — and stays quiet when there is genuinely nothing to fix.
  • Build handoffs are written the same way on every path, so a saved handoff always reads back as one.
  • Cycle counts stay yours on a shared project: two people can each have their own cycle 17 without the numbers bleeding together.
  • The hub's Next Move card shows the right next step when your cycle is mid-review.
  • "Decision Memory" is now "Decision Record" (the old link still works).

v0.7.129

  • Add project-scoped Open Knowledge Format export and safe import support.
  • Add redacted runtime diagnostics to doctor and severity-weighted health integrity scoring.
  • Keep the standalone ESM MCP runtime compatible by removing the dynamic CommonJS frontmatter dependency.

v0.7.127

  • Publish a self-serve DPA and a standalone /subprocessors page with change-notification
  • Team tab Member insights — UI redesign: always-on compact per-member strip that fills the vacated band, full breakdown on expand
  • Write model + token/cost onto every tool_call_metrics row
  • Team tab: per-member "Contribution & activity" panel — tasks, cycles, defects, MCP calls, model
  • release must hard-refuse to ship when a cycle task is flagged not-done, unreviewed, or the gate never ran — not just reflect it in progress
  • Fix 2 failing papi-plugin-distribution tests (offline release-gate receipt + pre-mutation rollback qualification)
  • Capability-naming pass — name plan / cycle / review / ADs / handoffs as first-class nouns on forward-facing surfaces
  • Check:edge-types is not in the merge gate — a NON-PARSING data-proxy shipped to prod. Wire deno parse-check into ci:local + a deploy-edge.sh preflight
  • Instrument invite/referral events so PAPI can report a real K-factor
  • Main is red: zoom_out hosted parity broken (403s for real hosted users) + doc-body-reader-parity test crashes
  • Fix review_submit hosted-transport error message to document the auto_review escape hatch
  • Hub stage rail "done" count leaked all-time Done tasks instead of this cycle's
  • Guard strategy_review/strategy_change write-back against undefined sessionLog/cycleLog fields; add pending-review recovery path

v0.7.126

  • Marketing site consistency pass — one visual grammar across all public pages
  • Packaging & positioning sprint: name the audience, name the pillars, compress the USP
  • Stop leading with "memory" in forward-facing copy; replace with maintain-project-vision-through-change language
  • Rewrite the CLAUDE.md Product Vision section — PAPI is a team tool now, not "individual developers today"
  • Landing shows the actual product — real UI screenshot anchoring the hero and section beats, one flat background across every section
  • Add an /about page — who builds PAPI, why, faces, the story (PAPI should not be faceless)
  • Marketing nav audit — rename "Field Guide" to "Blog", add a "see the product" entry
  • Pull social proof (a real user quote) above the fold on the landing

v0.7.125

  • Ignore unrelated orphan branches during release
  • Let release managers finalize merged main
  • Prevent cross-member task cycle assignment
  • Match HandoffC's anchor id to 's nav contract
  • Landing copy/layout trims per owner review
  • Flatten every landing beat to one background
  • Revert(marketing): drop the HandoffC screenshot supplement from v11.3
  • Match StrategyReviewC background to the merged LOOP+STRATEGY band
  • Merge LOOP and STRATEGY REVIEW into one beat
  • Tighter, higher-DPI crops for the landing screenshots
  • Swap discoveries screenshot for the Analytics > Reports > Discoveries chart set
  • Current dark-mode dashboard screenshots
  • Proof strip above the fold on the landing
  • Add /about page — founder, photo, origin story
  • Nav(marketing): rename Field Guide, add a "See it" entry
  • Copy(marketing): stop leading with "memory" as a descriptor

v0.7.120

Team view gets real per-member history, and a cleaner repository picker

  • Team view now shows each member's real history: velocity, planned versus delivered accuracy, what's blocked, and the mix of work they're doing, instead of empty placeholders.
  • The repository picker no longer closes the moment you type in its search box.
  • Checking project status fails readably now. A connection or database problem returns a plain message and a next step, not a blank error code.
  • Automatic code review before you accept a build runs on the work that needs it (bigger changes, or anything touching data, auth, or shared infrastructure) and stays out of the way on small low-risk changes.
Full detail
  • Team tab now shows real per-member history — velocity, scope accuracy, blocked count and task mix are read from the last 8 cycles instead of placeholder zeros
  • orient no longer fails with an opaque MCP error -32603 — a database or connection problem returns a readable one-line message and a hint, and any unexpected tool error does the same
  • Non-Claude MCP clients (Codex, Cursor, Windsurf and others) get an inline fallback for strategy review and zoom-out instead of a sub-agent prompt they cannot run
  • The repository picker no longer closes the moment you type in its search box
  • Build reports can now carry the model and token counts your harness reports, feeding cost analytics
  • Automatic code review before an accept now runs for M+ or risk-tier changes (data, auth, migrations, shared infrastructure) rather than on every task
  • review_submit on a hosted connection with no local checkout redirects to an explicit review instead of recording an accept with no diff seen
  • ci-local now matches CI exactly on the version-bump check and can auto-sync the Codex plugin version

v0.7.119

  • Repository picker recovery and task ownership transfers — repository selection now survives OAuth/install continuation, and authorized task return/transfer operations preserve ownership history safely
  • Maintainer release authority — repository maintainers using the PAPI release_manager role may carry approved final releases through the supported GitHub workflow when live repository permissions allow it

v0.7.118

  • Hub Overview tab design pass — Cycle health shown as Velocity / Estimation / Review bars, real build-agent logos in the activity feed, and an aligned single-grammar layout across every section (this is the version the landing page shows)
