PAPI + Lovable

Lovable gets your first version live fast. PAPI holds the plan, the decisions, and the direction when you keep building past it, in whatever MCP tool comes next.

How PAPI fits a Lovable project

No new app to open: PAPI runs inside the AI tool you already build in. When your Lovable project graduates to Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex, PAPI is already there: one remote server, the same tools in whichever chat you build from.

Decisions on the record: every call your project makes is kept, with the why, and checked against new work. The scope calls and trade-offs that shaped your first version go on the record, so the tool that builds the next one inherits them instead of guessing.

Catches drift: the moment new work slides off the plan, PAPI flags it. The hand-over out of Lovable is where projects usually lose their shape. PAPI's cycles and reviews keep the work after the export pointed the same way as the work before it.

Connect when you're ready

  1. Create your account. Sign in at getpapi.ai and name the project you started in Lovable.
  2. Open the code in an MCP tool. Export or clone your Lovable project into Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or any tool that speaks MCP.
  3. Add one URL. Every tool connects to the same remote server. Pick your tool on the install page, paste its one-line config, and your browser signs you in. Setup takes it from there.

Questions

I build entirely in Lovable today. Is PAPI for me yet?
PAPI connects to tools that speak MCP. If everything still happens inside Lovable, you don't need PAPI yet. The day your project opens in Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex, connect it there and the plan starts from what you built.
Can't I just use Linear or Jira?
They're built for teams of humans, and they sit in a tab your AI can't see. PAPI runs inside the tool you build in, so the plan and the work stay in one conversation. Different category; keep Linear if your team lives there.
Does PAPI read my code?
Your code stays on your machine. PAPI adds a planning layer to whatever you're already building, it doesn't read your source.
What survives the move out of Lovable?
Whatever you put on the record: the product brief, the decisions, the backlog. The first orient in your new tool reads it all back.
